It sits at the top centre of the screen: rest the pointer on it and it opens a card with what is playing, a file shelf, clipboard history, notifications and quick switches; move away and it is gone. In fullscreen games it hides or shows a slim FPS, CPU, GPU and RAM strip. It costs $9.99 once in the US from the Microsoft Store, with no subscription, no account and no telemetry.
